EKHA Policy

EKHA shares the overarching goals of current EU policy, namely to:

* Improve citizens' health security

* Promote health to improve prosperity and solidarity

* Generate and disseminate health knowledge

EKHA plays an active role at EU level to ensure that kidney health related issues are taken into account in all relevant European Union health policies. As such it acts as a partner in delivering position papers on the most relevant EU initiatives and providing objective and scientifically sound advice to the EU institutions.
